He will be delivering a talk entitled: “Difference – How Engineering students can influence and improve public policy“. The talk will be about an hour, followed by a half hour question and answer period. Refreshments will be served after wards.
Everyone who has seen him speak at various events has spoken very highly of his ability to motivate and inspire students. You should go!
RESS is hosting its annual National Engineering Month Pub Night, and this year we’re going hard, greek style.
Come join us for an all-ages, free and fabulous night of shenanigans. Togas are not required, but I’m sure you’ll feel mighty silly without one.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME
Please join us for a join event with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO). The event will feature panelists from various fields who will be taking questions from students. It is a great opportunity to network and meet working engineers.
Food will be provided.
All engineering students are strongly encouraged to attend.
Oh look, a facebook event.
It’s almost time for the RESS annual general meeting, where amendments to the Bylaws and Constitution are made.
If you would like to submit an amendment, please use this form. Submit it to email@example.com by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, March 14th for inclusion in the meeting. You can find the current By-laws and Constitution in the documents section.
Look forward to an announcement of a date and time for the AGM. It’s an important way to have your say in how RESS is run and give feedback on the year, so all are encouraged to attend.
Tickets are $65 until the 8th, and $75 from the 9th till the 16th
Tickets include venue, transport, four course meal, desserts (triumphant return of the waffle bar!), non-alcoholic drinks and the ever popular open bar!
