Location: La Primavera, Vaughn, Ontario. There will be busses!
Time: Busses depart from Ryerson at 6:00 pm and will return at 10:00pm, 11:00pm and 1:15pm (tentative)
What’s included: 4 course Italian dinner, including deserts and waffles, as well as an open bar.
Price: $65 before March 6th and $75 after.
Tickets are currently on sale in the RESS office, KHE 123. Cash only.

It’s that time of year again!
Even want to have a bigger say in how your student society is run? Want to have a more hands on university experience? Think you can make a difference? It’s time to get your nomination forms for elected positions for the 2011-2012 school year! Have you been a director or in an appointed position? Why not run for a VP position? Already been a VP? Why not go for *gasp* prez? Haven’t been involved but want to be? A director position is a great way to get involved and get to know the other students in your discipline.
Once these positions are filled, there will be tons of applied positions to fill, so stay tuned for more ways to get involved.

The Mech Eng and Nursing course unions are coming together to present their ever popular Heart Attack pub night. Maybe cupid will make a return appearance this year! Ram parties are all ages, as usual! And there is no cover!

U of T is also hosting an event that night, the Inter-school Graffiti Party. There will be black lights and florescent markers! Drinks will be $2.50-$4. And it’s all ages!

Fellow Engineering Students, it’s time for the Ryerson Engineering Competition 2011!
There are cash prizes exceeding $10,000, and winners will represent Ryerson University at the Ontario Engineering Competition, all expenses paid.
The competition is on the 21st and 22nd of January, 2011. There will be six different categories, open to ALL Undergrad Engineering students:
Junior Design (Years 1 & 2)
Senior Design (Years 3 & 4)
Consulting Engineering
Innovative Design
Engineering Communications
Parliamentary Debate
Every student is limited to a maximum of ONE competition only. Deadline to register is January 8, 2011.
